Willie, that was a long video, but it was awesome! I have ADHD, but he captivated me from the beginning and held my attention the whole way through! Much of what he has to say makes a lot of sense, and I am going to apply it to my blog.

Hello Willie
Willie the link to Scott Bratten’s is an excellent 57 minutes. Scott message gets to the point about blogging. I like this statement “Social Media Success Doesn’t Exist.”
Thanks

Great video find! Enjoying the view of traditional media into blogging.
Great post, Willie! I think that this link, with its story about people like Breitbart, shows the importance of taking our responsibilities online seriously. Whenever you fail in these responsibilities (as he did last summer), it is all too easy to ignore his work as a hit piece. This is why I think that there are times when we have to think before we hit the “publish” button, and remember the old saying from Peter Parker, “With great power comes great responsibility.”

Hi Willie,
Thanks for sharing this video from CBS. It was a really interesting overview of blogging, appropriately named “Welcome To The Wonderful World Of The Blogosphere. I didn’t know that blogging started out as weblogs, and I didn’t realize how much income was possible! Wow, that was an eye opener. I enjoyed the video because it proved that blogging isn’t such an odd activity, or career for some to pursue. It is funny when someone asks you what you do. I always say network marketing, but I love the blogging part of what I do on a daily basis. I have no reservations that an income is possible from blogging.
Another fact that is incredible was that there are over 50 million bloggers! It shows how valuable being in a tribe is because with that amount of blogs, we would be in blog desert without syndication support.

Interesting – I agree with the article, there certainly are bloggers who have gained a powerful voice do a terrific job of being connected to what happened in the world. I’ve seen the videos from last year’s Blog World. Hope to be able to personally attend one of these days. Thanks for sharing.
